Throughout the whole process (including initial booking, consultation, and the whole wedding day) their level of responsiveness and professionalism was incredible. I am so thankful that Sharon was able to stay with me until the time of the ceremony as well with a lot of the photos planned before our vows. She made sure that my look stayed flawless and intact and was also able to help with positioning during photos, touching up my groom and even making sure that the train of my dress was fanned out perfectly. Through working with Sharon, and the SR team, I received so much more than just assistance with my hair and make-up on the wedding day. She was able to remedy problems before they even occurred (as she had noticed that my veil was wrinkled at the start of my hair and make-up appointment and was able to get it steamed immediately), and also even helped to set-up chairs at our ceremony in the park when they had not yet been delivered.”

“Before hiring SHARON RAI I was stressed out about finding someone with great references who would travel to my wedding location and provide both Hair and Makeup. Once I found Sharon Rai's website and emailed my inquiry I heard back from them right away. Katie from their SR Team was incredibly helpful and customized the services I wanted with a payment plan that worked for me. She was also available for me, to send any wedding inspiration photos and answer any questions or concerns at any time by phone or the instant messaging that they have available for their brides. Closer to my wedding day I had gotten false eyelash extensions and was very disappointed with how they turn out. It was suppose to make my day easier, yet stressed me out! When Sharon arrived on the day of my wedding in Parksville to do my make up she also provided my Bridesmaids and I with their SR branded lashes and they were perfect - she fixed my lashes and they looked amazing! Leading up to my wedding day I had also broke out which I was extremely nervous about - but Sharon worked wonders, and I was absolutely amazed at how flawless my skin looked and lasted all day/night. Sharon was so great to work with, personable and talented! All the bridesmaids said to me, how much they enjoyed having her there as well. I was also impressed about the personal touch the SR Team added, I received a card saying how excited they were to work with me as well as a thank you after.
